prenatal yoga?

Does anyone know of any place that offers this in Suffolk County????
I am so sore and stiff and havent done any excercise since I became pregnant because I have had such bad MS. Now that it's subsiding, I would like to try prenatal yoga.....
Anyone have any suggestions?

well, the only one i know of is in east northport where i live. i actually tried a class last week but it wasn't for me! LOL, i was terrible at it and felt so heavy and uncomfortable there were a lot of people there and they seemed to love it though! if this is in your driving range it's called.....oh ,, i cannot remember the name of the place and i was just there! i THINK it's called Inner Spirit yoga and it's on Larkfield rd. sorry if i wasn't much help!

I took one in East Northport North of the train tracks on Vernon valley road ?from july till november with my first pg (my son was born in dec). The woman was phenomenal. I am not a yoga type of meditation/chanting person, but I had to get past those 5 minutes and enjoy the other hour and a half of good stretches, strength moves and relaxation. I am currently looking for one close to home (in holbrook).
