I've been taking Expecta -- my doctor recommended the supplement because my diet is 99% vegetarian. I used to eat fish once in a while, but with the mercury scare, I've been avoiding fish and just eating veggie stuff.
I take one a day, at the same time when I take my regular prenatal vitamin.
I have noticed one strange thing about Expecta -- occasionally, I notice a slightly "fishy" aftertaste (even though the product has no fish in it). Maybe I'm just crazy, though...

Other than online in bulk, I found Walmart to be the cheapest. And there is a $2 coupon in each box!

My doctor told me not to take it with my prenatal (Primacare One). BUT she reconded it if I were going to take the OTC brands....
