Working out
I only just found out Im PG but Im kind of nervous working out (well I'm nervous about everything right now). What kind of changes did you make to your routine? Can you still do abs?

I was nervous as well and asked my dr. about this. My dr. said - NO abs - no crunches, no sit ups no pilates. But, prenatal pilates are ok.
Although i didn't have to i switched from running to walking. Arms are ok as long as it is not heavy lifting or pulling in a way that would affect your stomach (pilates).
