We Made an Offer!!!
And it was accepted!!!
For those who remember my earlier posts, this was the smaller house that we both really liked. So things are moving along. We are lining up an inspection now.
Keeping my fingers crossed that all goes well with our co-op too, and the board approves our buyer. Our realtor thought they would, and he sells in our complex a lot.
This (may) be our house, pending inspection and contracts:
