Co-Op question (for a friend..)
does anyone know of any co-op complexes (mid suffolk - smithtown area) that don't require 20% down??

i live in the woodlands islip in suffolk county. they didn't require we put any certain amount down.

there is a place in hauppague that doesn't require 20% but I don't know the name of it...
