When you go see a house with a REA, can you take pictures of it?

for the most part yes, just ask your realtor if its ok, and he/she will prob. ask the homeowners if that is ok. Taking pics means you are interested, and thats always a good thing!

I agree with Lauren.
Although I had our REA agent (at the time) print the pictures off my MLSLI) so I didn't have to worr about bringing my camera.
When we signed the accepted binder/offer on the house we bought, I spent that afternoon taking TONS of photos.

we went back to re-check the AC unit after the engineer report and the offer was accept and took mad pictures.
When we did look at places with a REA, yes we took pics too

Definitely ask! We looked at a co-op once and the realtor was annoyed that we wanted to and wouldn't let us.
