Should I call the doctor? UPDATE
Since late last night I have had occasional twinges on my left lower abdomen. The pain comes and goes. I worry that it might be another UTI. Or could it just be common early pg pains?
ETA: I called my doctor and they wanted me to come in right away. UTI test was negative, and they gave me a sonogram. I got to see the sac and yolk sac forming! It was AMAZING! Doctor said there is a small cyst on my left ovarie (causing the pain) which he said was formed by the corpeus luteum??? Anyway, he wasn't worried. I go back in 2 weeks for another sonogram. He said so far everything looks great!
I am thrilled because this is further than I made it last time. I hope things stay on this positive path for us!

I always call to be safe, but it sounds like the beginning of the stretching pains.

Re: Should I call the doctor?
my UTI pain was more like my bladder contracting and hurt a lot when I walked. Like pain in that area?

When your cyst ruptured did you bleed? Yes, but only for a few days. The Dr took me right in to do a sono to make sure everything was OK.

Re: Should I call the doctor? UPDATE
i have the same cyst corpus luteum on my right ovary, i was told it is formed from pregnacny and will go away after or during.. what it is exactly is when you got pregnant all the hormones went crazy in your body forming a cyst.. it is not a bug deal at all , if it was a differnt cyst it would have had a differnt name i was told .. the left side is most likely the side you concieved on.. i was told i conceived on the right.. i occacionally get some cramping like pain on the right side but it goes away...remember since that cyst was not there prior to pregnancy you SHOULD be fine, again, it would have been a different name if it was prior to preg, and they would have known, perhaps it looks different. my doc said it can disolve also...
dont worry!!
I am glad everything is ok... how far along are you?

Thank you for your response. It really put my mind at ease. The cyst was not there before, so the doc was pretty sure it was from the pregnancy. I am somewhere in my 5th week right now. Not totally sure b/c my o date was hard to determine last cycle. Did your cyst go away already?
