Has anyone looked at these?

I like #2 the best. It looks like a nice neighborhood and the house doesn't need much work.

#2 is in my brothers neighborhood. I recognized it right away. It is a nice neighborhood, good schools.

#2 is definitely more neutral and move in ready. #1 is going to be a PITA with all that wallpaper and paneling crap

I am not a
 I hate when people assume things. The houses are the style, location and price range we are looking at. It is IN FACT a coincidence that they are both Coldwell Banker.

188 = November
The listing number is old. Right now it's on 191.

Few things...
- The MLS numbers - new house listings are up to "191---" now.
- One house has been reduced and the other lists the seller's as motivated (desperate).
- The photo's were taken in the summer...
