Went for walk through!
We went for our walk through last night, and everything went well.
we were there about an hour or so and we were very thorough.
we ran the dishwasher, we ran the a/c's, we made sure to turn on every light and faucet and shower.
we did notice that one window was hammered shut, but it is going to be replaced.
So, closing is on schedule for tomorrow.
The current owners even gave us a card and gift basket with goodies because they were so happy we are buying there home- imagine that?

Congrats - Glad everything went well - Very nice of the sellers to give you a gift. We actually bought the seller a bottle of wine - and he gave us nothing lol, except he did have the chimney fixed the right way and put a banister in for us on the stairs.....
Oh well.......Cant wait to see pics.
