How do We go about Selling Our Home?
We are ready to move on but,We are naive in this area!

We just put our house out there. First step, clean up. Second, if you want, find a realtor with a good agency. We went with the woman that found the house for us to begin with. Also, as I have found out, if you are buying another property - get a pre-approval for a mortgage so you can put a bid in as soon as you are ready.
