We don't pay for water in our co-op! Woo hoo!!! The only thing we pay is the maintenance fee, the electric and the cable/phone bill as well as our mortgage.

in our house w/a washer and dryer it's only about $30 per month.

my first apt - we had to pay water- it was a based on percentage share of our apt of the whole building's water use - it was about $10-13 a month for a 2 bedroom with a washer and dryer - it was an avalon apartment
