It's probably the most afforable part of town to live.
We used to live one block north of the numbers but still south of Pulaski.
Northport/East Northport SD is one of the top districts in Suffolk. It's big but they offer so much for every type of student. We moved to the other side of town but were determined to stay in the same district.
Taxes are really low too due to LIPA. The house we sold, taxes were $3400.
