waiting for the other shoe to drop!!
We finally got a really great offer on our co-op and so far things have been going smooth- we signed binder got attorney info the whoe bit. Im just soooo nervous that Im going to get a call saying that the buyer wants to back out or something. I know that Im just being negative but I know from being in the busisness that many deals do fall apart. We just backed out of a deal our selves to buy a place a few months ago. I feel like karma is going to get us for that and we are going to lose our buyer as soon as we find a great house... I hate feeling like this someone tell me Im being ridiculous please!!!!

I am going through the EXACT same thing right now. I almost hate househunting, waiting for the buyer to back out of my house. Slippery Slope for sure.
So I am hoping the best for both of us...Smooth sailing ahead....
