Movers

Did anyone use movers when they moved into their house? If you did, who did you use and what was the approximate cost? We are thinking about it but not sure if it is worth is. Thanks!

Re: Movers

We just rented a budget truck. We moved about 10 minutes away. All our friends came over and helped unload. Not bad at all.

I can tell you NOT TO USE APOLLO moving!

Re: Movers

We will be using my future BIL's friends truck to move but if we didn't have that we would rent a Uhual. Its too much money to use a moving company for us.

Re: Movers

That's what I kind of figured. I think we will be using Uhaul as well.

When we move, we're renting a giant U-haul truck.

Re: Movers

I used movers for my last move- and they were worth every penny- we just too much stuff to do it ourselves now- and our stuff is too nice to trust my DH and his friends with

it was $1300 or $1400 to move from Long Beach to bayside

both buildings had rules, time constraints, the one I live in now can only be moved in or out from on a week day

so when we buy a house we will use movers again-

I used Moveco- they were great- they were quick and kept me calm when I was about to cry
