Re: for those of you that work full time and dh works full time

I leave for work at 6:10am. DH gets Katherine ready and out the door. She goes to either my mom's or his mom's or my cousin's, depending on the day...what a social butterfly!!

I pick her up around 3pm. About half the week DH gets home around 6pm and the other half, at 10pm Chat Icon

I get everything ready for the next day after she's gone to bed.

I'm tired Chat Icon

Re: for those of you that work full time and dh works full time

DH leaves at 6 am, before (well, hopefully before) Bella is awake.
I then wake up with Bella, we hang for a couple of hours, get ready to leave, and I drop her off to daycare (which usually ends in me running desperately for the train)

I work 10-6-ish, DH works 7-3:15.
He picks Bella up at 3:45 and they go home (Bella usually passes out in the car after another napless day in daycare)

Now depending on when I can get home--I can sometimes be home by 6:30. Bella is fed, bathed, and played with. We have her in bed around 7:30-ish...

Total team effort.

Re: for those of you that work full time and dh works full time

We wake up at 5:45, I jump in shower, DH heats bottle and listens for Ryan. I try to get as ready as I can before he wakes up - then I feed him, put him in swing or pass to DH while I finish getting ready and load the car (DH helps w/this). We leave around 7:30, and get to daycare at 7:45. I drop off and pick up since DH has a work truck that allegedly can not fit the car seat base. (I have yet to confirm whether this is true...so for now it's all me.) I pick him up at 6, feed, play, make bottels for next day (Try to start somethign for dinner), bathe and put to bed while DH either helps me or is working on his laptop (GRRRRR). Then about 8PM we can hoepfuly eat dinner. I let DH clean up dinner while I do laundry or attempt a few minutes of me time. Wow seeing this all in writing is making me realize how hectic it is!!
