Re: Does anyone have this?

The actual grill part is easy to clean, its actually the little clips in the back where you insert the grill part. The little clips on the bottom part are a little nasty!I think I am going to have to unscrew them to clean them.

I just looked at a sample I have in my office- I could see how they get gross!

I really appericiate the feed back- I haven't had the chance to take one home and use it yet- I should do that this weekend

thanks

( so does this count as working since I am learning about my products from customers?)

Highjacking, sorry
but I have this too - do you use butter or anything on the surface?

the plates are non- stick

so you shouldn't need anything- but you could spray it with pam if you wanted

the plates are also dishwasher safe

let me know if you have any other questions

If I am cooking burgers no. If I am cooking chicken yes, just bc I am paranoid that it will stick.

I did cook a grilled cheese sandwich on here and it sucked, but I think my bread was too soft.

Last night i made marinated Tuna steakson there with nothing on the surface and it was fine.

I wish I had enough countertop space to leave it out. I'd probably use it more often.

And since we are on the topic of Cuisinart - I have one the blenders ($99 one) and I love it!

Re: Does anyone have this?

thanks

we only made grill cheese and burgers so far -- i was skeptical of it at first, bc it seemed not too sturdy to me at first -- but no complaints so far

what is the difference btw using the flat plates and the grill (with the bumps) I have only used the grill -- you can tell I am not a cook LOL
