Need get-away-ideas!
Our 3 year wedding/12 year dating anniversary is coming up on 8/31/05. Also, my bday is a week after our anniversary. We won't be able to do anything on our actual anniversary, but we might be able to do something after it. We have been soooooooo stressed out. We really need to get away for a few days. But, we want to take our 19 month old son with us. Whenever we don't have him with us we miss him too much, so we just thought that maybe we'd go somewhere where we could all do something as a family, but not too expensive. We live in NC but I am clueless as to where we can go since we never go anywhere. Does anyone have any ideas? We could go to the mountains, but there's not much a 19 month old can do there. It's a great place if he was 7. We're not beach people so we can't do that. I just don't know!

We're going to Baltimore Inner Harbor (in MD) next weekend. I've heard a lot of good things about it. I'm looking forward to it - all the exhibits, shopping, restaurants, etc.
I also love love love Myrtle Beach - I havent been in years but its sooo nice - palm tress and beautiful beaches - and not a long trip, just a flight to South Carolina!

Savannah? It's a quaint, walk-around town...not sure what there is to do for a 17 m/o - but it might be nice to not do anything. KWIM?

Then go to Atlantic City for 2 days.
