Is this bad?? Re: liquids
Everytime I drink any type of juice or plain water I throw up. I mean almost immediately. The only things I can drink are:
Seltzer
Soda
(basically anything carbonated)
Milk
That's it... is that really unhealthy?? Can the seltzer take the place of water? It isnt artifically sweetened or anything like that...

Seltzer is OK.
Did you try putting a lemon or lime wedge in the water? I know a friend of mine that did this to be able to keep it down.

I will try that... I've tried putting a bit of fruit juice.. but that doesnt go over well. Its terrible.

I live on seltzer- I don't think it helps my heartburn but its the same as water nutritionally.

Liquids are liquids Some girls even get some fluids by eating fruits.
Eat/drink what you can, whatever stays down.
