Just booked anniversay gift for DH...
What do you think of this idea? It will be a surprise...
We got married last August at Raphael in Peconic. We had an amazing time. The wedding night we stayed at a B&B (Homeport) that was lovely. So, I just booked the weekend of Aug. 27-29 for us to stay there. DH doesn't know.
Should I tell him? Guys, would you like this as an anniversary gift??
Also -- the B&B will be ssold on Aug. 24 but say they will be open and running, just with different owners -- would you take the chance??

I would take the chance. What matters is that you'll both be there reliving a wonderful moment in your lives...one of the best!

Thanks Stacy..... we travel a lot, I am kinda nervous he may not want to go away again...we leave for Alaska tomorrow, and don't come back til Aug. 9...too much??

I think its a fabulous, sweet and thoughtful gift, Kara... I think your DH will love it!
I say definitely surprise him.. DH suprised me for our anniversary and that made it ALL the more exciting

Thanks ladies...and I KNOW I don't have to worry about DH planning something!! 
He is probably the least romantic man alive!! Felicia I told him all about your DH's gift to you and he was like "Yeah, so?"  Duh, I am trying to give you a HINT dummy!!
