Need an idea...
So wednesday is my hubbie's bday - I want to make a big deal of it. I asked if he could take the day off but he cant...buuuut - I am ...kinda....
I have some work to do in the am in the city - then I want to go to his office in brooklyn and surprise him with something....
a cake? Cupcakes...balloons.....something!!!
I need some ideas of something fun I can surprise him with that I can pick up in the city...any ideas??

I would do a cake. I don't think i would do the balloons....that might be a bit embarrassing for a guy

yeah, i like the lunch thing. that would be cool.
Good idea, BUT check with his co-workers first!!
We all took my co-worker out for lunch for her b-day around noon and her poor boyfriend showed up to surprise her with lunch around 12:30 and she was already out with us!!!

Im not 100% sure I will make it in time for lunch - that is the only problem - he starts work at 6 so he eats early.
I should mention his office is only his dad - one other guy and him (and a secretary on some days)

You could make a picnic lunch in a basket and fill it with some yummy sandwhiches, cheese, crackers, etc.
