ZIKA VIRUS
my husband and I are going away with our 3 year old to a country with a Zika outbreak. I wasn't concerned about this at first because I am not TTC. However, people have advised me not to go, saying I'm putting my child in danger. What would you do?

I would go. From what I've read and heard it's not a serious virus if you are not pregnant. You get a fever, rash and pink eye for like a week and then it's over.
But maybe I've read bad information...

I really think it's only a matter of time before it comes here to be honest. I would probably go, but would be vigilant about applying bug spray, maybe get the sonic bug belt things you wear
