Has anyone ever used them before? I bought stamps and address labels. I ordered them November 27th my address labels came (but the "O" and the "4" were missing when you peeled the label off. My stamps haven't come yet and the said I have to wait until the 12th for them to send out a new order.
Another thing that pizzed me off was they offer different shipping methonds ex: 2 day, 3day for different amounts of money so I choose two day. HOWEVER, regarding my missing stamps the lady said well we ship through the USPS and they say up to 10 days OK then why the HELL are you OFFERING 2 day shipping if the USPS can't guarantee it!!

USPS advertises 2-3 days for prority, they don't guarantee it though and it can take up to 10 during the holidays. They shouldn't advertise it as 2. They should say 2-3+ during the holiday season. That is misleading!
