Zappos.com ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!
So I wanted to get my nephew Heelys for his birthday which is of course this Wednesday (I love waiting till the last minute). I went to Foot Locker in Times Square and they had nada.. nothing in his size, place was a sh*t show..
I come back to work and call Foot Locker on 34th.. they have them but only ugly colors.
I don't really like the Heelys I've seen kids wearing, those big clunky black things, but he wants them, so who am I to judge...
Anyway, I go onto Zappos and find super cute ones that I've never seen. I didn't know if I needed to do 2 day or 1 day shipping to get them by Wednesday since it was so late in the day already, so I called their 800 number to ask...
The lady was SUPER nice. She asked me when I needed them by and ended up upgrading me to over-night shipping for FREE!! She saved me $25!!
My nephew is going to be soooo excited!!!
LOVE Zappos!

I am a new zappos.com fan. I actually thought their shipping was always free - I ordered some shoes on a Wednesday and they were delivered Thursday.

LOVE zappos!!! i think their shipping is always free! i've noticed you do sometimes pay a little more for shoes, but never what it would normally cost to get something overnighted!!

Zappos recently changed their shipping policy. The no longer offer free overnight shipping. You can still get Free shipping, but it's not overnight.
Last week my order was over $100 and they upgraded me to overnight shipping free of charge (super happy about that).
Yesterday I bought another pair of shoes and paid $7 to have them shipped within 3 business days.
I also heard they no longer price-match.
Considering the price of the shoes on Zappos (most expensive) and the fact that don't price-match and they don't promote free overnight shipping, perhaps we'll eventually (and finally) see some coupon codes for them???
I still like zappos though. I can usually find whatever shoes I'm looking for, in the size and color I want. If I have to pay more money, then so be it.

Yep.. Ground shipping is free, overnight is $25.. but they upgraded me for free and the sneakers were only $54!!
