My son has been on .25 ml twice a day but his reflux seems to be rearing it's ugly head the past day or two so i think it needs to be upped.

Just curious... what dose is your dc on and how many weeks are they?

I feel like my son is on a low dose. A week ago he was 7 lbs 8 ounces so i'm sure he's probably 8 lbs now.
