yumm! making chicken chili in the crockpot :-)
my friend gave me this recipe at my shower, and we make it a lot.. its soo good! and easy!
take about 2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts and put them in the crockpot. add in two, 14.5 oz cans of diced tomatoes with green chili peppers ( you can find them with the regular diced tomatoes), one can of tomato sauce, and one packet of mild chili seasoning. let it cook for 8 hours on low. about 10 minutes before you're ready to eat, add in two cans of hominy ( puffed corn- found with the Goya stuff). let that heat through, break up the chicken, and serve it with some shredded cheese and tostios
