Yonanas?
Has anyone seen this informercial?
Supposedly its a machine that takes frozen bananas and makes them into a consistency like soft serve ice cream.
Has anyone tried this? I wonder if you could do the same thing with a food processor?

Re: Yonanas?
We make something similar - it's an old Body for Life recipe that we make when we decide we need to be healthy for a while!
The BFL is just frozen bananas whipped up in a blender or mini prep and served with your favorite toppings.
It does NOT taste like ice cream.. but it's good.
I like this way a little better:
Freeze 1 banana and a few large strawberries (or buy frozen strawberries). Throw it in your mini prep (or food processor) with about a half cup of banana or banilla or vanilla yogurt. Let 'er rip. Delicious.

Re: Yonanas?
I just throw frozen bananas into the food processor. I also have on occasion, thrown in a bit of peanut butter and some cocoa.
It does come out to be the consistency of ice cream, but certainly doens't taste exactly like ice cream.
