Yogurt and yeast infections
Anyone know the details?
Are you just eating it? Applying it to the woo-ha? Both?
What kind do they suggest? For how long?

 Um yeah I've just been eating a bunch of it. Not putting it anywhere.....
Is it working? Yes I have not had another one but I am starting to dread eating yogurt and I usually LOVE yogurt. But eating this much  ,
So I've started making smoothies out of it. I eat Chobani Greek and Stonyfield brands. My Dr. never gave me an exact amount so I eat at least two servings a day. Seems to be working.
