Yogurt
I just took 2 bites of yogurt and it turned my stomach. It tasted good though and I wanted it
Can you eat yogurt these days? Isn't it good for us?

Re: Yogurt
I eat organic yogurt everyday. My doctor said its great for calcium and the cultures. If you can't though, drink skim milk or eat low fat ice cream.

Re: Yogurt
Do you guys eat regular or light yogurt? Is there a difference in what we can or cannot have?

No light for me, either. Ilike Yoplait, it's still 99% fat free, but not artificially sweetened.
