Yoga near levittown on a Sunday?
Where would you recommend?
I took a class in college 15 years ago and loved it. I'm plus size and would be considered beginner/unfit for sure. Only available Sunday afternoons.

Satya Yoga Shala has a 930 am Sunday class. The studio is in farming dale.
I am doing my teacher training there. Great studio with an open community feel. I love it there.
