Yoga Classes
Can anyone recommend a place to start taking yoga (or that has beginners classes) in Eastern Suffolk?

Re: Yoga Classes
May be too far from you, but I go to Hot Yoga Massapequa and love it!
It is definitely geared to beginngers, those with injuries and those looking to get into shape if you can deal with the heat.

I don't know how far east you are but Peconic River Yoga in Riverhead is great.

Re: Yoga Classes
I don't have a specific recommendation for you, but you may want to try your local public library. I have been taking classes at my library for the last six months and it has been great!
