Can anyone recommend a place on the north shore (preferably suffolk co) to take a prenatal yoga class?
Or any at home DVDs you would recommend?

I live in Nassau and I am going to deliver at South Nassau and I went on their website and they have prenatal yoga classes. Why dont you try to see if where you are going to deliver if they have classes

I went to Absolute Yoga in Woodbury.. I know you said suffolk but this is pretty close
