Yikes! Food question!
I ate pepperoni pizza last night. I had such a craving and it was delicious but then during another sleepless night I started thinking that I shouldn't eat pepperoni. So this morning I searched and saw other posts that it is on the NO NO list!
I feel so bad! I am only about 6 weeks - should I be freakin out this much about this!

....i had pepperoni pizza thursday night..........no one ever told me i couldn't have it and it was heated well!

I think that is fine.
Everything in moderation. I ate salami sandwiches while I was preggo and my son is FINE.

I've never heard that. Besides it is obviously cooked which makes it even safer.

other than the salt content, I think pepperoni is fine.

you are FINE!!!! I ate pepperonei, slami, and hot dogs throughout my pregancy.
It is all in MODERATION!!!!!

Eating pepperoni occasionally is not a big deal ...I think they are worried about nitrates.

I've never heard anything about eating pepperoni pizza. The only thing I can imagine it doing is giving you heartburn. I've eatten it a few times during my pregnancy, a lot in the becuase before morning sickness kicked in and I'm 32 weeks now and my baby is just fine.I would stress out about it, Stressing TOO MUCH is worst for you then pepperoni in my opinon. Take care and congrats on your pregnancy.
