Ew....my FIL asked me this same question at Easter..at the dinner table...right before I was about to dive into dessert. 
Rude!! And who cares or what business is it of hers.

What you you girls say to people when they ask rude things? I don't think I could be nice and blow it of or answer. I'd ask why they needed to know or why they think it's ok to come out and ask someone that.

I was so taken aback that I couldn't think of a good response. I just pretended that it didn't bother me, and gave an estimate. My sister said that I should have said, "the PERFECT amount."

I went to get dessert at Easter dinner and my aunt's best friend said to me "watch it. you don't want to get gestational diabetes". Meanwhile, I hadn't even gotten to the dessert buffet table yet... and I am 22 weeks and have gained 12 pounds. Which I think is pretty normal/average. I was so  when she said that because she doesn't know me or anything about how I eat, so I felt her screaming that in front of ALL the guests at the dinner table was pretty RUDE!!!
