Yet another daycare gift question but a little different (promise)
When are you giving out your gifts?
I was thinking about doing it on Friday when they have their holiday party but they will be in daycare the following week. I have nothing wrapped yet

We're giving my dad his gift on Thursday of next week...his last day watching her before Christmas. 
In nursery school, the class mother is collecting money and taking care of the gift, but we might give her a cookie on Wednesday...her last day before Christmas.

The day before Christmas Eve (Thursday)
That will be the last day DD will be there before Christmas.
We have the parent holiday party this Friday - but all the teachers won't be there.

Our pre-school is closed next week from Wednesday on, so they will be getting their gifts on Monday. Nanny will get her gift on her last day of the week (the 23rd).
I do it as close to the holidays as possible, just my preference

I had to give it this morning since her main teacher is off next week and my DD is only doing 3 days of daycare this week (mon-wed)
For the afternoon teacher I'll give it next week on Tues or Wed since DD is probably going Monday- Wed next week too.

I generally do it on a day other than the holiday party, because I think things just get crazy that day. If it's wrapped, give them out the day before. If you don't get to it, I think you could give them out the week after Christmas. At our daycare, it's a very slow week, and they might like a pick me up after the excitement of Christmas week.

Either 12/21 or 12/22. We may bring DS in on 12/21 for a little party, if so, I'll do it then.
If not - on 12/22 since it's his last day for the week.

Im even sending my DS (Kindergarten) into school with his gifts on Friday too...
Too much to do and remember the week of Christmas
