Yeast Infection
I cannot get rid of it. Anyone have any ideas??? My doctor said there is not much to do. I did Monistat 7 day but unfortunately it made it worse! I tried an apple cider vinegar bath, garlic clove as a tampon, yogurt down there and eating it but nothing is working. HELP!!!!! I'm on fire!!!

Re: Yeast Infection
Your doctor said Monastat was ok to use?
And a garlic clove as a tampon? I'm sorry but.. what?
As for the yogurt, make sure you're eating plain yogurt. None of that fruit in a cup or flavored stuff. Just regular boring gross yogurt.

Re: Yeast Infection
Yes, the doc said monistat. And yes, a garlic tampon. I think I tried every home remedy possible. I was disparate but truly don't recommend the garlic - it BURNS!!!

Re: Yeast Infection
I would call your dr. and see if you could get a retest. Maybe it's not a yeast infection. Is it any better than it was?

Acidophilus, cut out the sugars in your diet, cotton undies, Monistat as needed. Maybe it's not yeast? Get a culture.

Yeast Infection
It doesn't sound like yeast especially if Monistat is not working. Did they test you for a UTI or Bacterial Vaginosis? It may be that.

Re: Yeast Infection
It could be bacterial you need to go into the office and have them test for it they will give you a perscription, monistat wil not help it
