Yeah, um.... Sleep??
Where are you???? It's totally impossible. Dh is as sick as a dog and the snarfling-snoring combo is ridiculous!!! Plus, when I lay on either side (right OR left) my entire leg on that side falls totally asleep- painfully numb. It's a never ending battle.. I'm SO uncomfortable at night, I wake up every hour- EVEN WHEN I DON'T HAVE TO PEE!! It's sooo aggrivating..

Well you got me beat. DH sleeps on the sofa so I have one less wake up a night when he gets up for the bathroom. ( and he get woken up like 6 times less ) But I still wake every one to two hours. So why do I bother going to bed. Hence I am still up.

Normal night....
Go to sleep around 1
Wake up every hour to hour and a half to go
Awake at around 5 am with insomnia - I mean I'm full blown awake 
Use the facilities a couple more times while I'm awake
Fall back asleep around 8
Roll around til around 9 or 10....
I miss sleeping.....

yeh, mine too please! i'm up every 2 hours to pee and then i have insomnia between 3-5 am then my nausea sets in again... fun

I can't help with the other stuff BUT I have had 2 nights of nearly uninterrupted sleep in a row (maybe a fluke, but who knows) because I bought earplugs. It's a miracle!! I thought it would be uncomfortable to sleep with them in, but no way. I just turn the volume on my alarm really loud so I can still hear it and but I don't hear DH snoring anymore...the anti snore mouthwash I bought him AND the throat spray don't work and he refuses to wear one of those nose strips to bed. Thank you earplugs. I love you.
