yeah, babies are expensive.....
sure, I've always known it was expensive, but now I know the exact breakdown..... good grief....
so lately I've been stocking up on those basic disposable items we all need.... bath supplies, diapering supplies, formula, and some bottle dish detergent, all free and clear, and stuff for myself (breast pads, pad pads for the first few weeks, other breastfeeding supplies/clothing).... all the 'fun' stuff.
cr@p I've spent a lot of money! granted, organic queen over here is buying burts bees, 7th generation, and earth's best..... but STILL....
I've bargain shopped all I can for the lowest online prices and whoah, I think I spent something like $350 just on a roughly 2 month supply of this stuff......

oh that's nothing - if you choose to use day care you will have a heart attack about the prices.

Oh yeah it sure does add up especially when you start with diapers and formula too. Also as you increase the size in the diapers the quanities per box decrease.

Re: yeah, babies are expensive.....
yeah, 1 case of 176 diapers was $43, and a container of formula was $27.....
but buying all the initial grooming/diapering creams / gels / soaps was also a huge fiscal hit.... Since it was all bought at once, it really looked
yeah, SBU childcare would be something like $900/month if Scone attended.... mercifully, mom will be our childcare... and will teach scone german and manners all at the same time
we're super duper lucky........

Re: yeah, babies are expensive.....
that's what I'm counting on! I also have their mama bee line (belly butter, foot cream) and both of those last a while too....
the initial costs are still
On the flip-side, what's good for mama and papa is good for baby too... so burt's bees for everyone!
