Re: YEA! Got a chiropractor appt
I have sciatic pain from time to time (before I was pregnant). It's a little more annoying now and my chiropractor takes the edge off, he can't seem to make it disappear. Accupuncture is excellent for this! Have a great adjustment tomorrow!

Re: YEA! Got a chiropractor appt
I used my chiro every 3 weeks during pregnancy and weekly during the last 3 weeks. He helped me tremendously, but sometimes I was achy a few hours after he adjusted me

Re: YEA! Got a chiropractor appt
any recomendations for a chiropractor?
I live in levittown. I would love to fiind a new one who works with pregnant women, even though I'm not pregnant yet!

Re: YEA! Got a chiropractor appt
Not preggo yet, curently TTC, I use Dr. Fred Jones in Merrick. He took my back pain away, after many years of going to another chiropractor who made it worse. I highly recommend him. He is right off Sunrise Hgwy, on Hewlett Ave by the Hess station and Dunkin Donuts. (516) 378-0404 HTH

Re: YEA! Got a chiropractor appt
so i went yesterday and it was great! The guy i used was gentle...i got a hydromassage, he put heat on my lower back/butt, he adjusted me and stretched me out and then gave me exercises to do at home, it felt much better afterwards, but i did wake up this morning in some pain (i was suppose to do my exercises again last night and put heat on it but fell sleep) so this AM I was only able to do 1 rep of the 6 exercises he gave me. i go back on mon so he can see how it is going. He said as long as i am progressing he wont see me that much b/c he said most chiropractors prefer not to touch pregnant women so far along unless its necessary. Also i live in upstate NY so i cant really recommend him to you guys as he's a good 1-3 hours from the Island, sorry
