Yaz Birth Control ??

Ok so I started the YAZ BC on Sunday, now I was reading it and it says to take the pill everyday, then at the end the 4 white tabs you should get ur period, but do not stop taking the pill and begin a new pack right after the last pill,, i thought u had to take a week off with BC...


I know it sounds funny to ask, but i was never on it till now and just wondering if this is true with the Yaz, and is it good if have used it????

I was on Yaz. You should get AF on the day of the last white pill. The white pills are the inactive (sugar) pills. I stopped taking it because I didn't like the way my hair and nails were while I was taking it. My hair became very unruly and my nails were always breaking plus I couldn't wear my contacts..after about an hour or two my eyes would be so irritated (fortunately I don't wear them on a daily basis). When I told my OB he said it is a side effect (the contacts being irritated).

I did like knowing the exact day AF would show up though
