Like the others have stated, I think it would complement all skin tones & coloring.
FWIW, I do have that palette and I'm not impressed with the pigmentation. I was hoping for a bit more noticeable color, but that being said, it's a pretty neutral palette.

I am also, brown haired, blue eyed and fair and I would only use the darkest and lightest color in that pallet. I have a hard time using golds and copper because it looks weird on my skin. I have yellow undertone to my skin too.

Those are all the colors I use...love it. I have brown eyes and almost balck hair if that helps. I don't know about blue eyed eyeshadows but I love gold tones

I agree. I am blonde, blue and fair if that makes a difference. I usually stay away from gold tones they wash me out too much.

honestly, i think it will wash you out, especially the shimmer. and im not a fan of CD shadows, the pigmentation isnt that great.
i prefer MAC.
Twinks, Espresso, Honesty are good colors for you.

Thanks, I know allllllllllll about making my own palettes, I actually have 2 '15' pans  I LOVE Mac! 
Thanks for the color recs! I have Twinks already, and I've had honesty in the past- I'lll have to check out that combination over the weekend, sounds pretty!!!
How would you suggest wearing them? (what goes where)
