another dress for a wedding, I have no clue what to think, I kind of like it, but wonder if its looking too much like black latex

hard to tell what that fabric is... i think it requires a special kind of body with all the fabric at the neck/chest, too. it may make an average chested woman look heavy up top. Don't love it, sorry.

I love it actually, looks more shimmery than leathery to me, but I would have to try it on because I have an hourglass shape to begin with and I don't want to look like an ACTUAL hourglass

I feel the same way! I actually am like a hourglass shape when look at me from front, but from the side I'm apple. I'm having the hardest time, trying on a million things nothing works on my weird shape and at 5'1 ... I hate looking too hourglass, its just makes me look so old at my height
So this actually flattered me as did some other ugly dresses
I'm still looking... I hate everything that actually works on my body
