Is this dress appropriate for a 40th birthday party in a resturant and an office retirement party also in a resturant both in october? If so what color/type of shoes?

Gis, as I mentioned to you earlier that I LOVE the dress it is fab! Either a color shoes like what the model is wearing or even gold color will work as well.

I think the color the model is wearing is perfect.
I look at the dress though, and think: BELT.
A nice belt would complement the whole look completely!
