Is the extra part on the top part of the boot or is that suppose to be a leg?
If it doesn't have the top piece than I really like them. And I think they would look great with pants.

I bought similar boots as these in grey to wear under pants. but mine are shorter, probably a few inches above my ankle.
I think the long boot would make it look bulky under pants.

I have almost the same exact boots (without the ankle buckle) and being suede (or suede-like) they sometimes stick under pants.
