Nothing wrong with the bag, but because of it's color and shape/design, it's more likely to show dirt & wear.
If the bag had a defined bottom, the dirt wouldn't be so obvious, but because of the shape, the bag will lay on it's side and it's bound to get dirty and show scuffs. If the bag was all brown like the shoulder strap, it wouldn't be such a big deal.
Just something to think about.

It's not terrible , I just think it's kind of 'eh' - And I would personally get that filthy in about 10 seconds !!
