Your better than me.. i have no patience for yard sales.. my father and i dumped everything in our attic in the trash.. i know alot of the stuff was still in great condition and people would have wanted.. but cant stand haggling.

dh already asked me about how we're going to use the money and how we can go out to dinner when he gets home from work 
i almost had a heart attack!
it's going in the "secret" account to be "snow-balled" into our debt reduction... woo hoo!!
