Wow that is crazy. I registered for a Graco PNP. Question...they said the little boy that died was 10 months old and he was in the restraining strap...I'm assuming this is the changing piece. Doesn't that thing have a weight limit and age limit. At 10 months old I would think he would be too big to be on it. So sad though
