Re: x-post Seaford Peds
They are in my top two choices right now. I'm going next week to look at the office and get some more info.
The other place that is my top choice right now is Bellmore/Merrick- Dr. Jassey. I'm going July 30 for a "meet the Doctors" orientation.
I'm also in Massapequa and those are the two I have narrowed down.

I thought the doctors don't do interviews? Are you speaking to the office manager or someone like that?

They don't, but the office manager will tell you what you need to know.
I loved them, we only switched because we moved. My only issue with them is because they are so popular, they are very busy and there was always a wait, especially for sick visits. That's not the case with our new ped, thankfully. I was beginning to think it was all offices

Do you know if Dr. Jassey is part of a group?
Thanks so much!

Yes, he's part of Bellmore-Merrick Pediatrics. I would defintely check them out!!
And Seaford doesn't let you interview the dr, but they told me to come in any day between 9-12 to see the place, ask questions to the office manager and get a FAQ sheet.

I had a few people recommend checking out Island Pediatrics, (we have a meet the Dr. night on 7/21); and Wantagh pediatrics. I havent heard anything in regards to Bellmore-Merrick ped. however, from reading this thread, sounds like something I should look into!
