Hi. I know my firend had one at I believe 17 weeks but I could be wrong. After that she was on modified bed rest.

My friend had one put in early, I think around 12-14 weeks. She was on and off bedrest, but delivered very close to full-term. I wish I had more details, but she is away so I cannot even ask her!! Good luck, I hear many success stories with it.
