Not sure if it's what you're looking for but our office just got banners done at Fast Signs in Westbury and they are on stands.

You can also go to www.signcompanies.com and it will give a list of local print companies that you can contact.
Could you order them online and have the shipped right to the show? I have had do that before.
Staples sometimes has them but they aren't usually the best quality.
