WWYD regarding maternity pictures
I booked maternity pictures & newborn pictures with the same photographer. However, I think I want to cancel the Maternity shoot.. for a bunch of reasons, but mainly bc I need the money & just feel disgusting. It is in a month and I feel really guilty cancelling. Is this wrong of me to do? Do you think I will regret cancelling?

I personally don't think its wrong especially because they are pricey and you need the money! Your still going to keep the newborn shoot so I don't think its wrong to cancel! I can't afford maternity pictures either. Good luck with whatever you decide.

I agree with PP. I dont think its wrong of you to cancel especially since you are giving a months notice. I would just say you changed your mind about the maternity shoot but you are definitely set on the NB shoot.
I honestly dont blame you for not wanting to do it. I have no desire to do it either and never even considered it.

I definitely don't think it's bad to cancel... you are giving the photographer more than enough time.
I was going back and forth about it for a while and decided not to do it...
I think they are beautiful, but it's a lot of money to spend and I'm not sure what I would do with them. It's not like I'm going to display them in my home or anything, KWIM?

Yeah I agree. Im trying to save every penny I can at the moment so I just feel guilty doing them.

I did maternity pics. At the end, I hated it ! I feel like a fat cow ! If I can turn back the time, I wouldn't do it and save money on doing newborn shoot or get extra prints or albums for our DD.

I did both and wasn't thrilled with how I looked in the maternity ones....I didn't realize how big I was until I saw those pics! We did get a few nice ones, but I by far love the newborn pics so much more and those prints are actually framed and displayed. A month is more then enough time, I think I remember who you are using because she did our maternity pics and she will have no problem booking the day.

Yes I am using the same person. I emailed her to let her know. I really wanted to do them but I really can't justify the added expense right now. I am super excited for the newborn pictures with her!
and I thought you looked awesome in your maternity pictures!!
